After building my Lead 1010 kit I decided to break the gantry back down and add a second X-axis C-Beam and gantry plates. I also swapped out the 20x80 side plates for 500mm long C-Beam and added 4 extra wheels per side on the Y-axis plates. This is all done with off the shelf parts, zero cutting or modifying things to fit. I’m putting a 500mm long Z-axis actuator on it as well... I’ll post more pics as I continue along. Before...
