Hello, I would like to know what is the reference of the white connector for cable, to connect your stepper motor nema 17? thank you in advance have a good day ps: The cable provided is too short for my machine, I have to make a longer one
For the nema 17's that OpenBuilds sells, it's the JST S6B-PH I'm also trying to reference the part number for some nema's that I had on hand that I brought from HicTop on Amazon. It's very frustrating that the connector isn't usually labeled in the motor specs. I'm about ready to just buy another set from here and call it a day if I can just locate some connectors so that I can make my own custom length cables.
Of course, but I want a custom length cable with the fewest possible points of failure possible. Wouldn't it be simpler if you sold the connector kits or provide a link to where we could purchase them ourselves?
I've done my research. I believe I've ordered the correct kit https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B077LYP4T9/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o00_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1 It's the JST PHR-6 Housing. I won't know for sure for until it's delivered next Wednesday. But I'm feeling fairly confident.
