I am new to all this and I decided to try the MK3 4 axis controller . I understand the wiring for the most part but I can't get my mind wrapped around the dip switch settings on the DQ 542 drivers. Like I said I am new to cnc, and I am trying to build a machine ( is working with the cncpro controller), Learn cad/cam and g code all at the same time. At 63 yrs old it is getting overwhelming LOL. Any tips I can get for setting up the stepper drivers would be great . thanx in advance.
