The DeWalt router motor killed itself. I need new router motor that is 3-1/2" in diameter. Bosch and Makita don't list diameter of router motor. Which router motor?

I need a new full-sized router motor, not a trim router. The DeWalt DW618 killed its bottom bearing. I had the router for a year. Before that, I had Porter-Cable 690 router motor. I want to buy either Bosch or Makita router motors but I don't know the diameter of the motors.

Then you really should checkout the RoutER11 CNC Kit
Re-engineered with upgraded bearings, 'closed loop' speed control, ER11 collets etc. Its not a "trim router"

You will usually find the specs, including dimensions, on the manufacturer's homepage but I second the recommendation for the RoutER11 CNC Kit
Much quieter than the small trim/palm routers and has the advantage of having ER11 collets so can take a wide range of bits.
I have zero run out on the inside of the shaft on mine which was definitely not the case on the Chinese clone of the Makita I had before.

Have you considered replacing the bearing?

I found out that the diameter of the RoutER11's body is 65mm while the diameter of the mount on my CNC router is about 89mm. How can I made an adapter? The DeWalt DW618 router also burned out.

seems to me it is time for you to go to a water cooled spindle since you are running your router for long perioids, killing a router in a year means it is doing al ot of work.
