I could make the table, but I have a feeling you are nowhere near me geographically. Also, you could go to Lowe's and buy a sheet of particle board and have the cut it into two pieces 60" and 36". They may even cut the other 6 inches off the long way if you tell them that is the only way it will fit in your car...or if they are nice. Although for a 1510, I would make a torsion box style table. I would hate for it to sag in the middle.
im talking out of aluminum like a build kit? im a cabinet maker by trade so cutting a 60 x 42 is simple on the big cnc
Oh. Aluminum cuts easily on a table saw with a carbide blade. I cut the plates for my CNC machine with a table saw, chop saw, and a scroll saw for the curves. That is how I would do it. Much quicker than a CNC.
What would i need to order aluminum wise. Im a noob to this type of building and the different connectors.
I do not know what you are trying to do. Make a table for it to sit on? If so, I personally would not use aluminum. I made a real heavy torsion box table that my CNC is securely fastened to. Particle board is dimensionally stable which is why I chose it. I sealed mine to prevent any spilled beer or wd-40 from soaking in. I guess it would work for water, too. I just don't know how that would ever get spilled on it
Chad...I made a table like this: Table (has a little aluminum) 8020 aluminum is the way to go for an all aluminum table frame...look here
