You didn't mention that, so had to assume you were still using the same file... The error messages shows the line that caused the error - so can't really tell you What Part if you don't include those. The error message you posted earlier on had an Invalid GCODE line (Missing X) - but if you aren't using it anymore, well, lets see the new errors

The more detailed you follow the test procedures and give feedback, the better

What was the error message in the Serial Log?

Repeating the test methodology: Only change one parameter at a time, feedback in detail about every step

    1) Eliminate Gcode errors from 3rd party CAMs: As before:
In other words, ONLY test with our Hello World: docs:blackbox:hello-world [OpenBuilds Documentation] - don't use carveco, easel and other ideas. Stick to something proven - one less thing to worry about

    - Its just standard gcode, if your machine isn't moving its probably power off? Or not having $4=1. Or, check the Serial Log.

    2) Stepper motors/wiring, mains wires, flourescent light fixtures, vacuum hoses are all EMI sources, but see if the Errors you get, match the ones in the EMI FAQ to see if it is EMI related docs:blackbox:faq-emi [OpenBuilds Documentation] - the error messages in the Serial log will give you lots of clues to determine from. Work that EMI article too - take note of the tips like using our USB cord (not a long 3rd party one) etc

    3) If you get USB port errors in the log, see docs:blackbox:install-windows-selective-suspend [OpenBuilds Documentation] or docs:blackbox:faq-usb-connection-failed [OpenBuilds Documentation] - as bad wiring causing intermittent shorts cause errors too

    4) Try a different computer as well if you suspect that one may be a little unstable/old - but again, check the error logs for clues

    5) Screenshots and logs! Without it we guess - best we can offer

I haven't got any screenshots right now I have to adjust the picture size on my phone. But, I did find this person who just posted on a forum called Maker that is exactly what is happening to me. He said he ran the same file over and over with no problems, then boom started screwing up. Oh, by the way, he has a lead 101o also. Here is what he typed:

[18:22:25] [ connect ] PORT INFO: Port is now open: COM6 - Attempting to detect Firmware

    [18:22:26] [ connect ] Checking for firmware on COM6

    [18:22:26] [ connect ] Detecting Firmware: Method 1 (Autoreset)

    [18:22:26] [ connect ] Detecting Firmware: Method 2 (Ctrl+X)

[18:22:27] [ connect ] Detecting Firmware: Method 3 (others that are not supported)

[18:22:29] [ connect ] ERROR!: No supported firmware detected - See docs:blackbox:faq-usb-connection-failed [OpenBuilds Documentation] 2 for more details. Closing port COM6

[18:22:30] [ disconnect ] PORT INFO: Port closed

This is exactly what I am seeing. I will try to go through the new ideas tomorrow. Thank you all for your help so far.
