No usb drive

    Hi my USB port on my Interface is not working.

    I have tried 2 usb drives
    I have checked to see that they are Fat32
    I have checked wiring - it is ok
    Interface control functions work
    USB port key will not light - it is dark with “no usb drive” shown
    Usb connection seems tight
    I received the Interface unit June 6, 2021

    Does anyone have any thoughts on how to debug that I may not have tried?
