I have connected a Blackbox X-32 to my Onefinity X-35 Woodworker. I have an XYZ probe that came with the machine. Looks similar to the Open Builds Probe. The Onefinity probe only has two wires and a magnet. How can I connect it to the blackbox? Or do I need to buy on from OB?

just wire it to ground and signal. you should see it connect in the troubleshooter when you touch the body with the magnet.
if it stays permaenntly connected, reverse the wires (and also figure out where your router is connected to DC ground and disconnect it)

Currently I have a Makita router installed, which is connected to an IOT relay. So the router would need to be un plugged for this to work?

No, only issue is if your probe shows as triggered when it shouldn't do. This can happen if you have accidentally connected any metal casing on your router/spindle to DC ground - can happen through the frame via limit switch pcb's for example.
