open builds connection issue

    Hi Guys
    I've just purchased a new laptop to run my JD garage cnc plasma. everything works fine with my old laptop apart from being extremely slow. I'm struggling to connect with my new laptop, I'm consistently getting error 31 messages, and can't flash the Arduino. Any ideas what I'm doing wrong. I have a newer version of windows on new laptop.

    CONTROL cannot flash Arduino's.

    CONTROL is for BlackBox Motion Control System X32

    also, if it was working, there is no need to reflash the controller.
