I have a open builds black box and open builds control. When running a plasma cutting job the black box relay port stays open. I have checked the cable between the black box and the cutting machine and it's ok.
First, use the Tool On/Off menu to test (perhaps the gcode is missing the S parameter or not including M3/5)
