Good Day. If I have an arbitrary program lock up, I can only reset the software by rebooting my computer, the software will not respond to any commands unless I do so.
Any ideas of whats going on.

    Thanks David.

    - Try a different computer
    - Update all drivers (It needs good WebGL graphics support)
    - Post specs of your PC

Alternatively, use the Troubleshooting > Application Diagnostics menu to disable features to make it work better on a slow computer:

Yes thanks for the reply Peter, I am running a dedicated Desktop with Win 10 with AMD A6-6400K APU with Radeon (tm) HD Graphics 3.90 GHz, along with 4.00 GB Ram.
I think the computer is quite capable of running the control program ?

    Your David.

Should be, so check drivers updates, conflicting applications, etc.
Run a few Burn in tests with Benchmarking software to see if the hardware maybe locks up after some processing (usually a sign of power or thermal issues)
