Hello all! I'm an Openbuilds newbie and wanted to use the V grove Solid Carbide 90 bit with Openbuilds cam but couldn't figure the correct setting to go into the toolpath for the endmill/pen diameter. Is it possible to use that bit with Openbuilds cam or do I need to seek another solution? And are there any other settings or changes I should make for that bit, if I can use it there? Thanks!

Depends what you intend doing with the v-bit?

If you just want to make a v-shaped groove along the lines in your CAD file (for example engraving) you'd use the No Offset CNC toolpaths (not offsetting by any endmill diameter - just follow the line)

If you were looking for proper "V-Carving" - ie the advanced CAM process to square off engravings and add 3D features, you'd need to look at Vectric Products - OpenBuilds Part Store

Thanks Peter! I'll try with No Offset.
