    To whom it may concern:

I am using the 0 - 3.3 V PWM output to signal an external speed controller for a brushless motor for my spindle.

The controller can take up to 5 V which means the potential speed the spindle can achieve is reduced by the ratio of 3.3/5 = 66 % of its maximum speed.

    Has anyone created a voltage divider to step up the 0 - 3.3 V to 0 - 5 V, if possible?

By the way fantastic controller and software.

Any suggestions or recommendations would be appreciated.

    Regards,

    Gary

Just make sure that 3rd party spindle controller doesnt overload the output, nor backfeed - have seen some ESC/Brushless controllers from the far east burn out BlackBoxes. Take measurements before hooking up :)

    Thank you Peter,

Good point no this controller is from Italy. It is already working successfully with the X32 blackbox but as I said I can not reach full speed as I am only able to go up to 3.3 V and the motor controller can accept up to 5 V. Hence, why I am now thinking that I could use the 0 -10 V spindle anlalog signal and step it down some how.

Are the suggestions or recommendations in this regard.

Thank you for the help and the great documentation in regards to the X32. The controller and software are more impressive the more I use it.
