Afternoon all I have sort of converted my old (ish) Cbeam machine to operate more like a OX machine. In other words I have added a set of OX plates to my original set up. The problem I am getting is when I am cutting the X Axis seems to judder and stall. My Y and Z axis are using acme lead screws, but my X axis is using a GT3 Timing belt. I have altered my settings in grbl Planel to reflect the $100 x axis step change and slowed the $110 max rate. A couple of questions. 1. Would the juddering/stalling be a result of these settings? and what would be the most ideal setting (Using a Nema23). 2. Is there a way I can convert my X axis to use an acme lead screw utilising the Ox plates? Thanks in advance Steve
