Workbee user here. so i tried making this part with my cnc router. I designed it with fusion 360. it was made with 2 separate contouring operation. one for the inside circle, and the other one for outside profile however, the parts came out like this The circle was not in the middle. i already zeroed my machine, zeroed my part, checked my WCS( Work Coordinate System), and run simulation in fusion, everything looks fine. i thought there's mechanical issue with my machine. i checked everything, and its fine. so i tried instead of separating the two operation, i combine them in one operation. the part look like this i hope someone will help me explain this problem thank you very much
What controller board are you using? I'm far from being able to give advice on this but if you've checked everything else and all looks fine maybe your using the wrong gCode post processor...As I say I'm only a novice and I'm sure someone better equipped to answer your query will be along shortly possibly one for @Alex Chambers or @Colin Hart as they are both using Fusion.
Save the sketch as a .dxf in Fusion 360. Then try using OpenBuilds CAM and see if the issue persists. I used to use Fusion 360 for generating the CAM for my designs, but found saving it as a .dxf and using Estlcam was quicker and easier for me. OpenBuilds CAM may be similar.

i just found out my workpiece move slightly during milling process and cause this problem. so the problems has been found! thank you very much for all the replies
