I bought a planet-cnc board and paid extra to have it shipped to arrive Friday. Before it arrived Open builds sent me a convoluted email with a license # ( no file) for the planet cnc software. The number doesn’t match anything Planet cnc shows. The auto generated license doesn’t work. Now the weekend is almost over. I’m frustrated. Anyone had any experience with these boards and the license number from open builds (the number they sent is probably 45 characters). Any help would be appreciated
