Power led indicator does not come on when I turn on the power switch.... Any ideas???

    When I flip the power switches on both the power source and the X32, I don't see the power led indicator light up. Is the x32 not coming on?? Also, my computer does not see the x32.

    1) Currently correct. Any chance it was wired incorrectly before and corrected already before the pictures were taken?
    2) Does the PSU start up if you unplug the BlackBox?
    3) Did you set the 115/230v switch on the PSU correctly?

    2) Does the PSU start up if you unplug the BlackBox? The Red LED on the PSU stays on constant when the Black box is unplugged.
    3) Did you set the 115/230v switch on the PSU correctly?
    Yes, the 115/230v switch is set to 115v
