Machinist is slow getting the brass spacers done, so today in a fit of frustration, I am printing them.

Will test and post later on this thread along with documentation files.

In a pinch I used some larger bolts. I cut them off, and then drilled an eccentric hole with a drill press. I left the head so you can easily adjust with a wrench. Worked fine, if you don't mind a little work.

Any update on how yours worked?

Works great with the acrylic router. 12mm acrylic with PLA printed spacers, Delrin rollers and using regular Bosch profile aluminum because of the import costs of the open builds extrusions. Extrusion costs are cheap but the shipping and tax is the killer.
