So far everything thing was going Great with the assembly of my workbee 1010 with lead screws.

I am now trying to assemble the lead screws into the gantry. One side went well, the other side I cannot get the lead screw to thread through the nut block.

The nut blocks were left loose as the video said.

    Help!

    Thanks in advance,
    Ken

It the machine apart. It seems the threads are messed up in the one nut block. UGH....

I could feed the lead screw through one side of the block but it would not go through smoothly. When it got through, it would barely turn.

So with nothing lose, I took a drill bit and hand "reamed" off the last thread or 2 from the "problem side".

    Issue resolved.

I ordered a new nutblock and m5x60mm screws yesterday. I was 1 screw short and the m5x60mm I tried to source locally didn't work.

I was notified that they ship out today (in separate orders. I found the nutblock problem after ordering the screws lol(
