Just wanted to share a quick video I made tonight of my first real project. I made a room sign for my son Nathan. 1/4" oak. 1/8" 4 flute, And 60deg chamfer for inside of frame. I think it turned out great for my first project. Her is the final product. Not much sanding needed, than some stain and poly.
Not sure about the router speed, Dewalt 611, I think it was set between 4-5 on the dial. Cutting federate: 40 in/min. Maximum stepover: .11875 Roughing stepdown: .0625 -Set to even stepdowns. I'm not really sure if these were even the right settings. I just used the defaults from the program. Which was Fusion 360 by the way.
