Re-Design of all Gantry/Joining plates.

    So, I've had the default plates running for a few months now and I can see some areas of improvement. Just documenting my procedure in this thread for the community, if you want to make them too I can share the files.

    I moved the X rails up 15mm and back 25mm, so the cutter is in line with the front of the plate when mounted. Also added a dip to easier access the grub screws in the belt pulleys. Added some slots for your belt to go out of for tension purposes. Center 2 wheels brought closer for a tighter pulley contact. Really bulking up the joining plates as well. Motor mounted on a 45* to allow access to bolts and easier cable routing. Integrated limit switch mount (use a m5x25 in a slot as a "trigger")
