    hello, eveyone. Im new here.

    I hope that im in the right place for HELP??

    So i recently got new CNC 6040Z unit. And it came with the JB-3163B 4 AXIS controller.

    Need some help?

    Stepper Motor's
    Q1. is it normal for the stepper motor to make noises when it not moving. They're not loud noises, more lake small sizzling noises. also dose any one no information on These Stepper motor (Anchum Motor / 57HD5401-14s 1.8 3.0a N1905) Speed,Accel,torque.

    Q2. if i want to upgrade to Ethernet SmoothStepper CNC Motion Controller, Like the
    UC300ETH Ethernet Motion Controller and 5LPT. Can i still use (JB-3163B) Controller.
    I did some research on this controller board (it's just a Breakout Board with Stepper Driver TB6560AHQ.
    The USB to Parallel cabie It's the key to the software (CNCUSB).

    Q3. Or just get G540 & UC300ETH

    i gutter everything out and rebuild it with clean shielded cable and AC line filter.

    Any suggestion would be appreciate it.

    i got this machine myself having some issues setting up the settings do you use the CNC USB Controller program? also i have noticed that noise too, it goes away when you move the correct axis a tiny fraction
