I received my replacement BB Brain board today , and installed it. I am moving again, and thats a good thing. One issue I’m seeing and I can’t figure out where to set this is the steppers are not locking into place. When I am connected to the controller, power on, I can still manually spin the ball screws by hand. On the old board, I couldn’t move them. It’s almost like the enable is not being set for the spindle controller. any idea? Thanks!
Umm... OK. Don’t remember changing that value. But that fixed it! Thank you for the quick response!! I am back up and running, the same as prior to the break. Now what caused the break, I will dive into. If we could talk off line from here, I would be willing to dive into the board and test to see where it broke.
