I am using a 1/8” straight bit and a 1/4” straight for clearing. Same depth settings and using a z plate for zeroing. Material is consistent and solid. But the 1/4 is cutting 1/16 or more deeper and 1/16 off to the front of the 1/8 cut. Not sure what is going on. Any ideas? Everything is tight. See pics. Im making sure the plate is exact for both bits. I cannot figure this one out. Perhaps there is an error with the plate?

When changing bits, just probe Z-axis. Don't probe X and Y axises.
