Hi forgive me if this is not where this post goes - 1st timer. I am trying to purchase parts from the store but when I try to check out, it displays a message: " Unfortunately one or more items in your cart can't be shipped to your location. Please choose a different address." I have tried my work address but get the same message; I then tried just ordering a Gantry plate but still get the same message. Is this a bug? Brilliant site BTW!!!
Welcome to the forum. Best suggestion would be to email http://support.openbuilds.com/support/home or use the contact form on the about us page (or try both). Additionally, have you checked with any of the UK or European OpenBuilds distributors to see if they could save you any shipping costs?
Thanks Rick - I have tried locally but can't get all the parts or all parts from one place. Frustrating when you have to stop halfway through a build while waiting for parts.
is there a list or all distributors? The link shows only a page where new distributors can apply. Same problem here. No distributor has even half of the required parts. (e. g. not a single one sells 1.5m rails and motion assemblies. Some shops are completely sold out for weeks now. )
