I was repairing the wires of the probe connection, the red and black touched each other. I forgot to turn off the equipment. As a result, the USB ports of my laptop are defectives and the CNC no longer works well. Probably, the BlackBox is defective also because of the short circuit. In manual mode using the Openbuilds controller, the X, Y and Z works very well. The problem I have, when I run a Gcode, the Z moves up and router turns and doesn't move anymore. With the probe, a similar situation this product. The router moves to the center of the probe and the Z rises upwards and stops. Afterwards nothing happens. I checked all the connections, restart the software and equipement and the problem is still there. Don't talk about the Gcode because, it works very well before the short circuit occurs. I checked the fuse and this one is ok Have you already had this problem and do you think I need to change the BlackBox. Any solution for me! Thank you for you held
Let's talk about the GCODE - does it contain any G53 moves in the header, if so, did you remember to Home? Because thats expected if your GCODE has a G53Z- "safe" move at the start Any errors in the Serial log at that point? Or does it move up, hit the limit switch and then stop?
Yes, move up and hit the limit switch and than stop. Any errors in the serial log at that point? Where I see this? Is it there in the panel _serial console. If yes I don't see any log error, the only I saw is when the Z touch the limit switch.
