    Hey all. I needed a simple pocket cut so I drew one up in Cam Creator and this is what happened.
    Hopefully someone can tell me what is wrong as I cant figure it out.. I have done plenty of pocket cuts previously and not had any issues.

    Pushed a test-fix, please refresh the page and test again.

    If its still not working, please include an OBC (workspace export)

    Thanks!

    Hello I thought this was fixed last time i tried it but once again i am getting this step down ramping on a simple pocket cut. Here is the gcode file and an image off the cut in progress.
    Is there a setting that I'm missing?

    Looks like you have 5 passes to get to your final depth. Is this what you are talking about?
    Check your depth per pass and your total material depth.
    Or if the machine is drifting in Z;
    Check your flex coupler to the motor and screw connection, use loctite.
    Make sure the collars are secure against your bearings supporting the screw
    Adjust your driver current higher.
    Cheers
    Gary
