If speed is the goal, try 1/8th microstepping - plenty enough resolution, but much better acceleration/max speed and more torque
It's a small one, Attainable accuracy and smoothness I think is more my goal. When those numbers go, may try speeding things up to where possible. And noise not totally unimportant lol.. but don't see that happening soon lol. Now waiting for cable guides to clean my spagetti up. Does anybody have a smoorthieboard settings file for an openbuild screw driven system to share?
