Hi, I am looking for help with the process for reinstalling/updating the firmware on the xPRO V5 by Spark Concepts. This is something I don't do often so I'm here looking for guidance on how to get through the process! I have the controller here in front of me disconnected from all terminal block connections, except power and USB. It is only terminated to 24VDC and the USB data line. The controller powers on seemingly well. The reason I am uploading the firmware is because when it is in use with my new quenbe Pro CNC as soon as I power this controller on all of my steppers hum so I have to power it down immediately as to avoid coil or stepper driver chip damage. I checked all my wiring and it seems correct. I am also somewhat at a loss for how all of the jumpers should be set inside of the controller. This is my first CNC machine build. Go easy on me! That said I speak electronics but not so much programming language. Thanks! - JP
