Is anyone running a 5-conductor cable to ground their actual stepper motor case to the power supply ground? 4 wires to stepper, 5th wire to the case, shield/drain to the control box ground. I am building a new control box and want to minimize interference. I am debating if it is necessary to ground the stepper case itself for best reliability.
