So, complete newb....on my y and x axis I have very stiff lead screws (significan force to get them to move on my in work assembled lead 1010 build. I am using to open builds video to assemble. My z and one of my y axis lead screws turn easily. My x and and one y not so much. I've searched and I am sure the answer is there, but not I am not sure if that is normal or if I have a problem....if that is a problem, what can I check to fix it.?

That is fairly normal on a new machine. The nut blocks are often stiff when new. First check that it's not some other issue (leadscrew bent or being pulled out of line) and that you don't have the stepper motors connected to the leadscrew (the best time to do this is during assembly and you will have to dis-assemble to some extent) - grip the leadscrew in a portable drill on low speed, spray the leadscrew with a DRY lubricant such as silicone or ptfe, slightly loosen the nut blocks from the gantry plates, run the leadscrew back and forth several times.
    Alex.
