I'm looking for some more consistent limit switches that would be compatible with the BBx32, currently using the OB Xtension switches. I need something that would allow for X,Y,Z axis in both +/-, be compatible with the BBx32 and for reference, I will be milling mainly plastic and aluminum but some occasional steel. I'm finding that the Xtension switches are great, but with my current setup, homing coordinates are just not as repeatable as I would like. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

    Thanks,
    Matt

Check how you've mounted the switches? Lever micro switches are about the most precise option (Inductives are far worse for example). But it is possible to mount them such that the roller doesn't get hit consistently causing deviation. Head on square hits are the best (if not always the prettiest way to mount them)

Also play with your Homing feed and speeds
