Hi all, I was testing to see if my power supply puts out the stated 24V, and I was disappointed to see that my multi-meter read essentially zero. I double checked that my meter did read high voltage by reading the voltage from the wall socket. Also, I took apart the power supply to ensure that I connected all the wires correctly (as per the build video). Is there anything else I can do to diagnose issues with my power supply? How do I know if it is time to get a new one? Thanks in advance!
Jeff is most likely spot on! Note the big yellow sticker on the top with an arrow pointing to the switch, with instructions on it to check and set your voltage selector switch before use
It has a voltage selector switch and a big warning sticker So just dont? They ship with 230v setting as default (which doesnt turn on on 110v) - not sure if the other way round goes into protection or blows the onboard fuse, but one shouldnt ignore the big yellow warning stickers (;
