Thoughts on a enclosed C Beam?

    Living in an apartment, noise and cleanliness has always been an issue. What are your thoughts on the design and practicality of an enclosed C Beam inspired setup? Am currently working on the base design for one and would really appreciate feedback and suggestions on what as a designer you would hope to see in such a setup. :) Thanks.
