    Seeing that the lead machines are entirely user assembled I’m surprised that Openbuilds does not recommend using thread lock in any of their assembly videos or literature.?

    Nyloc Nuts are used for any joints needing protection. Any others - yet to see a properly fastened screw go loose. Those black oxide flat heads grip do a great job. Try loosening a C-Beam Endmount after it's been tigtened correctly :)

    Wow ok. I’ve used loctite normal strength on every single thing that I screwed in.

    Good to know though.

    Future maintenance like retramming is going to a little less fun (;

    Also learned from experience to anticipate and screws that will need to be revisited such as those affecting tramming

    Speaking about tramming, is there any guide online for tramming on the lead 1515?
