    Hey all,

I recently finished building an Acro 1510 and have been noticing precision issues when running multiple passes on items. I have seen the general tramming guide posted here but was wondering if people have any tips on how to check for squaring issues on a machine this large. Unfortunately I know for a fact my work surface has some height issues due to warping after I built the table, but based on my knowledge that would cause issues with accuracy, not precision. My material isn't shifting, I am checking to see if fastening the machine to the table helps somehow but in the meantime any tips would be appreciated.

An acro can move fast enough that acceleration/deceleration can slide it on its feet a little so yes, attaching it to the table would be a good call

Squaring and tramming: See Tramming: A generic guideline (mounting to table helps keep frame square too)
