Hey guys, I am trying to connect my Blackbox x32 to Openbuilds control. I'm on Windows 11 Home. I've worked through the documentation. I had to install the COM port to my device manager for it to show up and installed the drivers. There is a yellow exclamation mark next to "Communications Port(COM 3)" in the device manager. I see that this is notated in section 6.3.3 in the troubleshooting USB doc, but it doesn't say what to do if you have this issue. It seems like its saying that you need to install drivers if this is the issue you're having but I've already done this. When I try to connect to the Blackbox in Control it says "PORT ERROR: Opening COM3: File not found". I went through everything I could find that people have asked previously around this topic on the forums and haven't been able to figure out why the port isn't reading the Blackbox. The ports work with a USB drive and the box is brand new, using the USB cable that came with the box. I disabled the USB suspend settings. When I plug it in the box lights up but the USB light flashes for a second and stays off. I bought the entire kit from Openbuilds: blackbox, power supply, nema 23 high torque, end stops, interface and all the included wiring for everything. The box works when I connect it to the interface and motors and will allow me to jog the machine and everything. I'm connecting it to the PC with nothing but the USB connected to the box. I've tried another PC and I get the "no response from controller" error in the serial console when I try to connect. This PC doesn't have the yellow exclamation point in the device manager and has all the same drivers and software installed. Neither of the computers give me a signal in the serial console that a device is being connected/disconnected. I tried all the ports on both computers and neither of them ever give me this message. It would be ideal to make it work with the computer that has the yellow exclamation in device manager and console error "File not found" since it is a laptop and can sit next to the machine. Thanks for the help guys.
