hello everybody, i have just built the ox cnc and are running it with the cnc x pro and am trying to download universal g code sender but it will not work on windows 8, i have installed java and tried to unzip files but i dont know what im doing wrong, any info would be very much appreciated, cheers
Hello Richard, What error are you getting? G code sender works well under windows 8.x and 10, so it's not your OS. JAVA can be pulled fro the net as well, just make sure you get it from a known site as there are a lot of malware infected versions out there. You might have downloaded a version that needs to be compiled or so, have seen that before. You should have 4 files, 3 files are just 1kbyte and one is about 7Mbyte, you should run the 7Mbyte logically. -Ronald
