I already built a CNC Router last year before the LEAD Machine was released. It is about 500mm X 500mm and I wish to upgrade it to 1000mm X 1000mm. I like the 250mm supports for the X-Axis gantry. I need a list of parts for the 250mm supports. I tried to watch the assembly video and write down the parts needed . I think I'll need 2 20mm x 80mm x 250mm V-Slot rails, 18 cast corner brackets, two 90-degree joining plates, lots of Tee nuts, drop-in Tee nuts, and screws. I already ordered 3 1000mm C-Beams, 3 1040mm lead screws, 2 20mm x 80mm x 1000mm V-Slot rails, and 6 collars. Do I really need extra wheels, spacers, and XL gantry plates? The LEAD Machine has XL Gantry Plates on both sides of C-Beams and my machine has plates on one side of C-Beams.
