Hi Folks, I have been working with the New Openbuilds Control Box for a few months now, and everything was working fine until lately; I keep getting disconnected each time I try to link through my laptop hub: I have tried to download the Drivers, without much success -it seems to be a new download system than the one I have been used to. I can't remember exactly how the message reads on the Serial Console, but it goes something like: "Firmware, or something to that effect, is not supported. Looking for some guidance! All wires have been checked and re-checked. Thanks!!!

Hi again, Peter. I checked the link you sent, and it is exactly the message I get when trying to Connect! I will go over it with a "Fine Tooth Comb", like they say.
Hi Folks, I followed up on the wire-check to eliminate any problems there toward "no support Firmware" problems-- everything checked out fine. So I went through the list from the Black Box Troubleshoot Doc.: Correct Port [COM3] checked out; Drivers were working; and last, and with extreme care, went through the "Possible Corrupted Firmware": first two tries showed "Failed Flash"; I switched laptops and tried again, this time . I went back to the original laptop and everything is working! I am extremely grateful for your guidance and support.
