A few weeks ago, I replaced my black box. It worked fantastic after a little calibration. I use the Openbuilds Control. I checked the grounds to make sure they were good, replaced the printer cable, and verified all connections were great. Did a cut and worked just fine. 2 weeks later, I connected my laptop and saw this message: "The last USB device you connected to this computer malfunctioned, and windows does not recognize it. They reconnecting the device. If Windows still does not recognize it, your device may not be working correctly." I updated the drive and unplugged all but the USB and got the same message. I followed the "power saving" under the power management tab and still same thing. I verified the ground again, and all cables. In the meantime, between cut attempts, I did have a large computer update. Also, I can only get a Lenovo computer to connect to the black box. Any ideas as to what to try?
