I'm at the point of my build where i need to decide on the best way to secure my jobs to the table. I'm considering making 6 individual aluminium plates with grooves for a seal additionally with threaded holes for when clamping is needed. I would be keen to see vacuum tables others of you have made and the type of vacuum generators you have used. Alternatively if you have a much preferred method such as t slot etc I would also like to hear your feedback on how it works for you.

I spent a ton of time laying out and installing t-tracks. Up to this point, I've never used them. I've only used double sided tape. Its fast and works great. Along the same lines, others are using tape and superglue.

But I suppose it would depend on what material you want to cut.

I vote for tape and superglue
I laid out my table with holes and blind nuts and have used them very little. Could have just put in 6 or 8 instead of 60+
