You guy reference a YouTube video for everything and a forum so if a person that is doing the video is wrong my warranty is void? Ill watch the video again and if he doesnt say anything about which wire goes where than what?

Yea did that already I am waiting for a reply. oh and just a heads up the new controller you told me to get cause of my old ones demise still wont connect. i guess I wont be getting that $200 bucks back

In the meantime, do review documentation, there is a FAQ option for USB connection issues (seperate, not attended to yet - your other issue was reverse polarity wiring causing failure to power up - that we worked on looking into the cause.
