I have 2 wheels on my Ox CNC where the outer material on the wheels has cracked and broken off. On inspection I can see cracks in quite a number of the other wheels. What has caused this. Is there a better wheel available where this won't happen after about 2.5 years?

Which wheels were you using? Xtreme (PC) or regular black ones (Delrin)

Cracking is usually a combination of overly tight eccentrics, or dirt in the rails (use a dust boot). For the Xtreme wheels, the use of certain lubricants can also deteriorate the plastics.

Hi they are the extreme (clear) ones that came with the kit. I haven't used any lubricants at all on it.
