I've got an upgraded Sainsmart 4030 which is now probably a 4080. I've got 1m long Y C-beams. The unmodified version of my machine uses 15120 extrusions for a v-slot table. I've ordered 1m long versions, but apparently they are lost in transit and the vendor will be shipping new ones. But since they are actually going to be just short enough I'll need to use some angle to bolt them down, I'm wondering if there is a better option? .5m X axis rails, and 1m long Y axis c-beams is giving me some significant flex in the middle with 3/4" MDF spoilboard in place. At work and got to run, but I'm happy to fill in any additional information requested when I get back on.
