First post, Im very new to building, Im trying to build a 1500x2200 router, Im pretty confident in my ability to handle the mechanical side, but the electronics not so much without some guidance, I plan on using the blackbox for simplicity and price, This machine will be chain driven on the y and x axis like the blackfoot machine from buildyourcnc, Would these motors work with the black box and are they a good choice? thanks Electrical Specification Manufacturer Part Number: 23HE45-4204S Number of phase: 2 Step Angle: 1.8deg Holding Torque: 3.0Nm(425oz.in) Rated Current/phase: 4.2A Phase Resistance: 0.9 ohms± 10% Inductance: 3.8mH±20%(1KHz) Physical Specification Frame Size: 57 x 57mm Body Length: 113mm Shaft Diameter: Φ10mm Shaft Length: 24mm D-cut Shaft Length: 20mm Number of Leads: 4 Lead Length: 500mm Weight: 1.8kg
They'll work, but be a little slower (higher inductance) and lower torque (based on amperage) than our motors.
Well that's counter productive, so I'd be better off just ordering the complete electronics bundle from you guys with the ht motors?
