Windows 10 background tasks and windows processes?

    If I call up Task Manager, I see about 200 background tasks and windows processes. I think that too many background tasks and windows processes causes problems with running OpenBuilds Control software. How do I reduce number of background tasks and windows processes?

    YouTube is your friend, these are two video's i found quick, I'm sure there are better ones but this will get you started.
    Background apps to turn off


    Turn off all startup apps you don't use
