Wiring IOT Switching relay to Blackbox?

I am trying to wire the switching relay to my blackbox and and having difficulty figuring out where to attach the wire on the blackbox. I see a connector for tool head but there are 4 connections not just the 2 that the IOT has. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
