Hi I am new to Open Builds and have built my first machine but am having issues with the software hoping somebody can help me with the problem. Below is a screen shot of what's happening when I try to connect to com4 and hit connect.
Its helpful to know what controller you have and what OS you are using. However, you can try the troubleshooting steps here, even if you dont have a blackbox: docs:blackbox:faq-usb-connection-failed [OpenBuilds Documentation]
Great. Go through those troubleshooting steps. Specifically the install drivers part down at the bottom.
Access Denied could mean some other application has a lock on the serial port. You can only connect one application at a time, so close others that may be opening serial ports (other cnc applications, arduino, terminal emulator, etc)
