Sorry to bother, but im a newbie here and just assembled my workbee 1510 belt driven kit and did a test but my circles/rectangles are not right...feeling a bit lost Thanks for your time. DLIO
(Left) fist cut with eccentric spacers all facing out and very thig (right) then just loosen a bit the screws so the v-wheels could be rolling a little and made a second cut. Seems like it improved...any suggestions?
Mainly it appears your axes are not rolling smoothly. Pop the belts off the pulleys and move the system by hand. Adjust the eccentrics until the system glides smoothly on both axes. Reset the belts and then check for play. Grab the system by the router mount and try to wiggle it to make sure there is no slop in the system. You may need to adjust tension in the Z-axis wheels. Also be certain that the setscrews in the pulleys are firmly seated as this can also be source of looseness.
Unless you had your wheels very tight to the rails I doubt if they would cause enough drag to cause your problems. Are your belts properly tensioned? See if you can watch the drive pulley while cutting to see if the belt is skipping.
First “circle” cutted at the left side of the machine and second “circle” cutted at the right side of the x axis...There’s a noticed difference when closing the circle...All tight...any clue my friends? :/
